Biscuit Tunnel Oven
We offer Tunnel Oven for Bread Baking that is designed in compliance with international quality standards and perfect for biscuit baking. Our tunnel oven is separated into number of independent zones and each comprises a combustion chamber with burner, circulating fan, and turbulence fan. The ovens also have associated duct, which works for the banks of radiator tubes.
The biscuit baking oven will be a total of minimum 3 Nos. firing chambers.
Each of these chambers is located approximately at the lower portion of a module and shall have a stainless steel firing Shell. The chambers will be provided with thermal insulation of conservation of heat. Suitable Gas Burners along with accessories will be provided.
Centralized control panel with all controllers, frequency drives, temperature indicators, various
start / stop switches, emergency knobs and other statutory gadgets / indicators are provided for
operation and monitoring of the entire baking process.
